Artwork and packing approval
Start with the product, not the logo
The standard strip is 6.6 cm wide, 33 cm long unstretched and 65 cm long stretched (approximately 2.60, 12.99 and 25.59 in respectively). Stretch only as needed for a comfortable fit. Custom widths are accepted; confirm the agreed dimensions and tolerances before designing the pack.
Keep roll, pack and carton labels distinct
The standard five-roll pack contains 500 strips: 100 per roll. At the minimum order of 10,000 rolls, standard packing gives 2,000 packs. Confirm packs per carton, carton measurements and gross weight separately; these are not determined by the five-roll pack count.
Private label approval sequence
- Product sample: approve dimensions, stretch, perforation, closure and dispenser fit.
- Packaging layout: obtain the confirmed label or box dimensions, then supply the logo, barcode, pack count and market-language text.
- Claims review: use only supportable product claims. Do not print “Made in USA,” certifications, waterproof performance or universal dispenser compatibility without applicable evidence.
- Pre-production approval: check the physical packing sample and final artwork version against the order specification.
- Repeat order: retain the approved sample, artwork version, packing specification and carton marks.
