Neck paper and neck strips: one barber essential
Neck strips is a common name in U.S. barber-supply catalogs for the disposable neck paper used under a cutting cape. A fresh strip separates the cape’s neckline from the skin and helps keep loose cut hair away from the collar. Use a new strip for each client.
The standard roll is perforated into 100 strips. Five rolls make one pack of 500 strips. This page describes the Deyi product; packing and dimensions from other brands should not be assumed to be interchangeable.
How to use barber neck strips
- Separate one strip along the perforation.
- Stretch it gently around the neck, leaving a comfortable fit; join the adhesive ends without tightening.
- Place the cape over the strip so the paper separates the cape neckline from the skin. Fold the exposed edge over the cape collar.
- Remove and discard the strip after the service. Use a fresh strip for the next client and continue your normal cape-cleaning routine.
Neck paper is a disposable cape liner, not a medical protective product or a substitute for cleaning. No claim is made that it prevents infection or blocks hair-colouring chemicals.

The stretched length describes the paper strip, not a recommended neck circumference. Allow for overlap and a comfortable fit. Check a sample with your cape and dispenser before ordering.
Neck paper wholesale prices and custom packaging
Choose white or black neck paper with either a custom-printed paper card inserted into the packaging bag, or printing directly on the plastic packaging bag. These are packaging options, not printing on the neck paper itself.

What do the wholesale prices cover?
The tables list USD per roll, FOB Qingdao, by colour, packaging and order quantity. Printed plastic bag plate fees are separate. The 20GP and 40HC prices require the stated container quantities.
Are neck paper and neck strips the same product?

How many strips are in a pack?
The standard pack has 5 rolls of 100 strips each: 500 strips in total.
What are the strip dimensions?
The standard width is 6.6 cm. Each strip is 33 cm unstretched and 65 cm stretched. Custom widths are available.
Will these rolls fit my dispenser?
Compatibility is not universal. Check the dispenser’s internal width, roll diameter and core requirements with a sample.
Can I buy a single pack?
The minimum is 10,000 rolls with a printed paper card, or 20,000 rolls with a directly printed plastic bag. Contact Deyi about samples before placing a bulk order.
Can the packaging carry my brand?
Yes. Choose a printed paper card placed inside the bag, or printing directly on the plastic bag. The printed bag option requires at least 20,000 rolls and a separate printing plate fee.
